Every call to get a refill on Meds ends in calls never answered even when calling at 2pm. Don't use them.
I dropped 2 prescription for refill. Out of state transfer was required. Next day, family emergency closed early. Next day, no one answered the phone. Left voicmail. It took them 2 days. Had to chase down a human to answer. Finally filled.
They didn’t seem like they wanted to fill my prescription! Pharmacist off, closed all weekend. Don’t take my insurance or have antiquated systems
I have left 4 messages for my refill. it’s been over a week and have not gotten one call back. i’m out of meds. this is crazy
