Terrible Terrible Experience – I rented from this property company a few years ago. As soon as my roommate and I gave our 30-day notice, the company turned evil on us. The last 30 days in that apartment were miserable for both of us. Paul Williamson yelled at me and threatened to "ruin my credit" and take me to court. I'm no fool, I have a college degree and am a very cooperative and understanding person. Awful managment – This is the worst managment company I have ever experienced. First they have no office and you always get voicemail so you can just leave a message. We(tenants and I) had a horible time getting ahold of this man, he does not fix the repairs of the home when requested by tenants in a timly fashion or not at all, they boot people out for no reason every time the lease is up.
