We had Al from Aetna come out to deal with our carpenter ant problem. What a great guy. It's always a joy to work with someone who is genuine and truly cares about the job and his customers. Thank you Al and Aetna!
Had an issue with termites. They came, inspected, quoted, and installed the Sentricon. Michael was very patient with my parents in explaining things to them while/after he installed it. The whole process is extremely smooth. My questions were answered whenever I called them, very happy with how they dealt with it.
Had a great experience, Liz was amazing and efficient. Would recommend this company to anyone :-)
I phoned because we had some suspicious sawdust appear on our baseboards. Kyle came out the next day to identify the problem, it turned out we had wood boring beetles inside a picture frame that had woken up in the heat and dug their way out. He diagnosed the problem and reassured me that everything would be fine if I simply replaced the frame. Best of all there was no charge! I would recommend Aetna, and will use them again. Support local business!
I cannot thank Kyle enough for the excellent customer service and expertise in helping us deal with a terrible termite infestation. I was so anxious about my home and they did everything to help alleviate my worries while managing my issue. The sentricon system has made me feel relieved that my home is protected and my warranty is transferrable. I appreciated all the time they took for my calls and questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!
