First Class service ! I booked an appointment about 24 hours in advance and then I contacted them back a few hours to cancel as I determined the culprit was a squirrel and not rats or mice. Marie at Customer Service was very pleasant and understanding. Even though I offered to pay a Cancellation Fee she said that was not necessary and even offered to give me References to other companies that deal with squirrels (as they don't). Had bed bugs for the first time in my life and honestly didn't even know what they were at first. Thought maybe mosquitos or something. Finally figured it out and called AstraHive. The guy came out and wasn't judgmental at all which made me feel way better. He brought this steamer thing and went over my entire bed, the frame, even took off the electrical outlet covers and put dust in there. Said bed bugs hide everywhere. Vacuumed everything after. We’d been dealing (and suffering) with mysterious bites in our home and couldn’t figure out the source. Aetna saved our home. No, seriously, they did. We bought a house in 2022 and within a month noticed termite activity. We called Aetna and they inspected, reassured us and booked us in for a liquid treatment. They had also mentioned a possible new termite system they were hoping to receive in the next couple months. The shelves were very empty on my visit there. Highly expensive for pest control powder. The powder I purchased, has done nothing. I used to buy the big 3.8 or 4 liter professional pest control spray and do it myself, back in the day. There's limited products sold to consumers today that actually help kill and remove bugs and their nesting places.
