He provided knowledge and alternative solutions without rushing the services they provide. Recommended by friends for a termite scare. They quickly addressed the problem at our neighbour’s place (for substantially less than another company quoted) and inspected the rest of us on the block. Everyone I dealt with - at the office, in the inspection and in the treatment at our neighbour’s - were very competent, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Simply a great experience!
Scheduled a termite inspection as there were cases of homes damaged in the neighbourhood. Was able to quickly schedule a visit over the phone. Richard was very thorough with his walkthrough of the property, exterior and interior of the home. Great to have peace of mind for something that could easily be a much larger problem if left unchecked. Highly recommend!
