Go some place else, I wish I would have because they deny everything. You pay and pay and they pay for NOTHING only the bare minimum.
Would give zero stars, if possible. Worst customer service I've ever had with an insurance company when disputing a medical charge. Please safe yourself a lot of time and effort and go with a different insurance provider if you are able.
Even with my preauth to cover a non formulary medication, the cost of refilling through Aetna's prescription mail order service is TWICE AS MUCH AS CASH RETAIL. There are other things, like constant texts, letters and automated phone calls asking me to call my prescriber and ask her to contact them to verify other prescriptions. It's an endless loop, and I've spent multiple hours on the phone on multiple days just trying to get my medications.
