Their website is built to keep out people and to keep from paying for goods and services that are clearly covered by their policies. It is so stinking hard to speak to a person to get help for an issue.

Worst experience of my life , I was threatened by staff because I had to leave town and missed an appointment due to a stalker. Stalked by another therapist who texted me at midnight saying if I didn’t make an appointment with him he was calling his supervisor if, he was openly racist in front of my children and kept asking me about my childhood trauma in a very uncomfortable way in front of my children. I wish I could give a zero because that’s the concern and effort they put into care for their clients.

Mediocre insurance that takes premium money and provides hardly any benefits and so poor in reimbursements that no provider accepts patients in the plan.

Got switched over from an old aetna plan to an upgraded plan. Was sent a otc with 200 dollars on it went to the store to use it and declined the whole order. I had fruits, otc medicines etc things that was covered with the card. I had to beg and borrow for the money to pay for everything instead of putting everything back because me and my kids needed it. Called and talked to them they sent me a new card and it still doesn't work. So I lose 200 dollars worth of otc products for the month of February and of course they're not... read more

Trying to get past customer service to talk to someone in a department that MIGHT be able to help and understand what you need is near impossible. Received a call back the other day and the department the lady said to ask for doesn't even exist on their menu!! 🤔🤔 Ridiculous, especially since these insurance companies have such a hold over people's health and well being!!
