Worse insurance in Kentucky I would give them a minus 5 star if I could; please listed This company said my medicine was covered when I joined them. They never tell the truth, got all my test done, and earned 55.00 just for them I have to get a gift card from Subway or CVS Drug Store. I applied 2 months ago for the subway card and still haven't gotten it. To me, this is BS. PLEASE THANK BEFORE YOU SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY; IT IS A NIGHTMARE.
They won't cover any medication for my pre diabetic because it also a help you loss weight and they won't cover medication that help you loss weight. With them being a state insurance company I can't qualify for any coupon programs to make the medication I need cheaper so I can afford it
I'm a podiatrist and this insurance has never paid any claims. We get the referrals from the primary care and the insurance. It still will not pay. Don't get this insurance, it is the worst. That's why no one takes it, they will not pay the claims..
Would not recommend. They do not update the list of doctors and dentists who accept medicaid. This leads to spending a lot of time calling around to different places trying to find someone who accepts new patients. Try and pick a different plan if you can.
