Their reckless drivers drive into ONCOMING TRAFFIC!!!!
DO NOT WORK HERE! They only hire people who say they plan on staying for a short time instead of a career, just so they don't have to give raises yearly. Work place is all about playing favorites. Some supervisors are really nice, but the head is the kinda guy where if you don't become friends, he'll make your life terrible. Glad I quit!
I think it would be nice if Aetna ambulance drivers could be a model for society when they drive during non-emergency times with basic stuff such as using turn signals, using the correct lane, and stopping at red lights. I was on my bike today to pick-up my daughter from school and one of your ambulances changed lane on Wyllys and Maple without turn signal, came super close to me, and went through the red light on Retreat St. before getting back into the hospital. Great company to collaborate with on discharges. Friendly and reliable staff, from booking to dispatch to the EMTs!
If I could say zero stars I would. I was transported to a different hospital that has an ICU and better equiped. Somehow the emts have lost my bag and it is not 6 days later without any of my belongings. Hopefully this gets resolved. If so I'll update.
