Talked to Adam Mitchell. He said I needed insurance. But my policy from the prior year rolled over. So when I found out , I contacted him to cancel it. Yet they still charged me. Now he's trying to make me call all these other people. He needs to do his job. Its not my place to fix his mistakes!! Poor customer service!!
