I am a NC State Employee and we are subjected to this poor insurance where they consistently deny claims filed by our Primary care doctors, specialist and pharmacy meds that are billed. You have to continuously call. So disappointed that we were forced to leave BCBS for this unprofessional insurance coverage. We should not have to beg AETNA to pay the claims. I cannot stress this enough, do not go near this company! No matter how cheap the premium is, how low the deductibles are, DO NOT take an insurance plan with Aetna. The trouble we have had with trying to remove a dependent, being overcharged, policy cancelled, inactive insurance. The list goes on. How a company operates in this manner is truly shocking. Probably the worst experience dealing with a company ever. A company who you are meant to rely on, in regards to your health. Aetna are truly a disgrace. Do not use!
