really useless. whenever I call to check how much things will cost me, they give me one number and then later I get billed for hundreds of dollars. and they keep telling me to call each doctor's office to see how much their rate is. I mean don't you THE INSURANCE COMPANY, have the negotiated rates already?! And they can't tell me where to find which medications count towards my deductible or not. they are milking us of our money.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called to pay the bill that I received and then they proceeded to tell me I owed tripple the amount owed on the bill. I asked to speak to the suprlervisor and was told I was not allowed to wait on hold and that they were unavailable. They are illegally billing currently being scrutinized by the senate committee for illegal billing. Please stay far away, educate yourself.
