Cancelled multiple days in a row, both extremely last minute. Then tries to blame me for their poor time management skills & lack of planning. I was understanding the first time, the 2nd time was just rude after I had already rescheduled my own stuff to make time for your reschedule. The service itself is basic to mid. I've been getting my lashes done for almost 20 years & this is the worst experience I've ever had. Find another place to go. Angie is so welcoming, kind and genuine! She makes you feel so at ease with her funny and real personality. And this lady is SO talented, your lashes will be perfection every time. She always lets you customize how you want them to look, and even has fun pops of colour to choose from as well. You MUST check her out, she knows her stuff ❤️
