called to make an appointment and was on hold for five minutes just for them to tell me that they are not taking any new clients and try again in late April. why did I have to call and be placed on hold for that? put it on your website. what a waste of my time!

Good service. I got a take down, although the service wasn’t very pricey could offer more in the package vs $$ for additional services.

I love coming to this salon. It looks great inside, they are always timely and they do great hair. They use high quality products, educate you about your hair and it's needs, and (most importantly) my hair is always cute when I leave!

Judea was outstanding, and I learned so much about what could be going on with my hair. I have a follow-up consultation and trim with her in the near future. *I still love Judea but the scheduling process for people who are busy is unimaginably difficult, and illogical. Why can't I schedule a quarterly trim (in 3 months) ? I was told by the receptionist on Thursday (3/21/26) I must wait till 6 weeks before the 3 month mark lol What?? I have been attempting to book an appointment as a first time client. I called on a Monday and was told I was going to receive a call back the next day to find availability. I never received a call back. Then on Wednesday, I called back and was placed on hold for 10+ minutes to just get hung up on. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I wanted to support this business but I shouldn’t have to try this hard to get in contact with someone to book an appointment.
