this company is 100%. Absolutely amazing skincare products and customer service, i received a faulty bottle of the mist in the new packaging that i bought from Adore Beauty i let Aesthetics RX know and not only did they replace the mist, they also did it in such a timely manner! Plus the products speak for themselves, since using my skin has never looked better, currently using the oil, scrub, eye cream and sunscreen, just ordered the vitamin b and will be purchasing more products in future. Do not use the Refining Mousse Cleanser. I have never had so much acne in my life. Whilst I appreciate the refund, I have been left in the dark as to how to heal the ongoing damage this has caused.

Cosmetics are good, but the customer service is terrible. If you need anything or there's something wrong with your order, forget you'll ever receive any response to your emails. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the last 3 weeks and currently still waiting for their response! For the premium price you charge for your cosmetics, you should do much better than that! Very disappointing.
