I’ve been going here for a while and recently lost four rings. I was left a voicemail (Image below) stating that they had found all four and would hold onto them for me. When I came in tonight I was handed a bag with only three rings, it’s worth noting that out of the four rings only one of them was real gold which was of course the missing one I informed the person who handed me the rings about this and he once again acknowledged that there should have been four rings. I called and checked with my insurance (BCBS) about the status of my pre auth since it had been 6 weeks since it had been submitted. They told me it didn't exist. I called Yosh to check on his side, he couldn't find me based on my name or DOB at first which seemed weird. He blamed the fact that he shreds everything because of HIPPA for why he couldn't find my account records before I found my email connected to my account with them.
