Paid £180 for a hydrafacial and my skin broke out in a rash the very next day. When I raised this with the salon, they denied any responsibility and refused to offer a refund or even a follow-up consultation.
I was really disappointed with my facial treatment. The therapist rushed through the entire session and barely spent 20 minutes on what was advertised as a 60-minute treatment. My skin felt no different afterward — complete waste of money.
The clinic looked nothing like the photos on their website. It was dimly lit, the equipment looked outdated, and the treatment room smelled musty. I didn't feel comfortable at all and left before my appointment even started.
Melanie is professional, knowledgeable and kind. She is a great teacher about all of the different options and have a very healthy and individual approach for each person. This is my third time to see her and I am very pleased with her care and will definitely return.
