Pretty hurt and deeply disappointed LOYAL customer. I was a customer of Alicia for just under a year. I usually always kept my appointments and I was an every 4 week client. I was scheduled every month through October 2025. My last 3 appointments (in a row) she was late…I get it! We all run late. Alicia was great and quick! She also waxed around the inside of the thighs which is something no one has ever done for me before or asked. Above and beyond!
