Went in for a tour today as I walked in I was not greeted or anything 1st sign, once I got to talk to someone I explain a specific move in date that I was firmed on but I guess the agent didn’t understand that. During the tour it was no enthusiasm, didn’t not even try to sell me on the apartment at all 2nd sign. I finished the tour knowing completely I would not want to rent from here. First impression is everything in for me it was not a good. To each its own, but from presentation of the front office I wouldn’t rent here.

I lived here with my wife and daughter from 2021-2025. At the beginning, it was nice and we really enjoyed it. We enjoyed the community gas grills and pool. Around 2024-25, they installed extra exterior security lights, which unfortunately shined right into our bedroom windows and balcony. (It was mounted on the neighboring building about 25 feet from our windows and balcony.) It was like a prison light - bright, hard fluorescent white light that came on at sunset and stayed on until sunrise. We moved out about 6 months late... read more
