This was my first experience with botox and it went very well. Robin discussed what services that would work on my skin, and gave me honest feedback for services that just wouldn't work for me. Definitely looking forward to my next session!
I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment - Robin walked in behind me. When I got to her suite someone else was waiting for an appointment. She took them first and told me it would only be a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes (for an appointment that was only supposed to take 15 per her website) and left - I had to get back to work. I am very disappointed by her total lack of respect for my time. I have had 2 microneedling treatments to help with my acne scarring. I can tell a difference in my skin and am so happy it's working. She explains the process and is honest about your skincare treatment.
Robin was very nice and knowledgeable. I will be returning!
I had my first Botox appointment with Robin today. Her and Natalie were both a pleasure to work with and the prices were more than reasonable. Would highly recommend!
