Everything was perfect dealing with Will. Nice office with personalized care. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Loved everything about my stem cell therapy. I’ll be back in 45 days!! ☺️
William was very professional and knowledgeable. He has had so much experience with stem cells and is truly a trustworthy expert on this treatment. Although we had not communicated for several weeks about the precise problem areas of my injury, he was on top of it when he entered the treatment area and was very prepared. I felt like I was the most important client he'd ever had. He also was very responsive in following up after the treatment, checking on me every few days and providing feedback on any questions I had.
Ok, this has been a few weeks coming. First and foremost, I want to thank William and his team for their outstanding treatment and communication throughout this process. William actually flew up to Long Island NY where I live, all the way from sunny Florida to administer my treatment personally. For that I am extremely grateful. Dr Francis is by far the best at what he does, every time I go anywhere else it’s a horror story! Went to a Botox party ended up having my jaw paralyzed for two month drinking out of a straw, slurring my speech due to hitting the wrong muscle. Not to mention the bruising and recovery was awful. I will never ever go anywhere else other then in the care of Dr Francis who gets it right everything.
Went to have my lips done for the first time . They were so patient and explained everything in full detail. I did not want large lips I wanted them to be very conservative. I love them . They are great people with great energy. I found my new place .
