First the owner/ person who works there is incredibly rude, changes the appointment without asking you if it works for you and then charges you 50$ no show fee because you didn’t show up even though you didn’t agree to the change. Second, they will lie to you they will tell you that your bundle is 8 then when you come to book the session number 7 they tell you that the bundle you bought is only 6 sessions, even though it was clearly stated that it was 8 when you bought it. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I started with them last year, they fooled me by saying your hair needs at least 8 sessions, I paid them in advance. 1st of all they have a bad machine, 2nd they purposely put the machine in low power so you keep buying more sessions. 3rd, in the very cold winter they didn’t turn on the heater!!! I swear my fingers and toes got blue because they use a cold gel all over the body. Worst customer service experience over the phone. Trying to get information bout their lymphatic massage package that i wanted to purchase thru groupon n the lady tells me no u dont need that u need this n this n i tell her maam no my dr said i just need the massages first and then after 3 weeks i will do the rest n she keep throwing different prices at me and not to buy thru groupon smh .
