Sierra did an excellent job! I was welcomed and treated with kindness. She was informative and delivered the information clearly. When I had questions whe was patient and helpful in answering them. She calmly and clearly verbalized each step of the process as she was doing it, which put me at ease. She was gentle, kind and professional. 10/10 customer service. 10/10 competancy. I 10/10 recommend.
