I would highly recommend Aesthetic Specialists. I had an appt for for body contouring & deep cleansing acne facial. The facial was relaxing & made my skin feel amazing! If you want to be pampered & take care of your body this is your place!

This spa is unmatched in every category. Located by the Des Moines Marina with a gorgeous view of the water, this place will not disappoint. I went in for a hydrafacial and was extremely pleased. Therese did an AMAZING job and left my skin baby smooth. The ambiance is nothing short of classy, almost reminiscent of a Tiffany store, and very clean which is important. As a new mom I haven't had a spa day in awhile. A close friend recommended I visit Aesthetic Specialist in Des Moines for a facial, as she explained her experience here was undescribable. She was not exaggerating. I had the hydrafacial and I enjoyed every minute of it. The beds were so comfortable and the staff was beyond friendly and attentive.
