I've been a client with South Utica for over ten years. It's almost fun to see everyone, they remember you and we've become "old" friends. Service is always great and everyone makes you feel comfortable.
Best dental office I've ever been to. A very caring group of folks who go out of their way to provide the best service available. I also love how they use every avenue possible to ensure you don't forget your appointments, including e-mail, text messages, etc. For a busy, forgetful person such as I, this is wonderful!
As always: on time, exceptionally accommodating and caring and making you at ease. My injection was literally painless. Not even the slightest discomfort. the finished product feels and looks like my original tooth. Couldn't be more pleased.

As most people are afraid to go to the dentist, I haven't had that feeling since I began going to South Utica Dental. They make the entire experience stress free. When I had an emergency, they even came in on their day off when the office was closed to help me. They are wonderful.

In as many years as I have been going here my experiences have been nothing less than exceptional. Everyone is friendly, courteous, professional, accommodating and acutely attentive to your comfort and care. Dr. Pfister explained the 2 possible procedures to me before setting up my appointment and which he thought would be best. He took much care to make sure my visit was pain free. He He explained each step of the procedure before doing it.
