I booked the 75-min hydrafacial thru ClassPass. However, they did exactly 60 min only. A couple of things that kinda bothered me during the process: - they don’t communicate what tools/products they are using on your face. Some of their “hi tech” beauty tools could be on the more painful side for some ppl. -One of the estheticians was rubbing my face super hard like rubbing an old rug. Came in for a Hydrafacial but they added on acne treatment on the spot bc my skin needed it, left feeling so refreshed!
