I came here for the first time and ended up leaving with 4 nails where my skin was cut. The process was so unpleasant and painful. I even told the tech that I was in pain. The drill was also used for every process and even on top of my nails after the dip was removed which weakens the nail incredibly. Maybe the employee had an off day but it’s just unfortunate to go get your nails done and walk out in pain and fingers bleeding. I’ve been going to Jenny for as long as I can remember. She is the BEST, I know people who drive an hour to get their nails done with her. Never a bad experience and my nails have always been perfect and just the way I like them!
