I had a consultation scheduled regarding skincare. My appointment was for 12:15pm. I did not get taken in until 12:50pm. While Dawn, was doing a consult with another woman, I could hear the entire thing which is a privacy issue to me. I could also hear her pushing to up sell, even after she turned her down several times. Mind you, I’m hearing this as my appointment should have already been 30 min in.
