Dr Hollie is an amazing Doctor. She truly cares for her patients. It's great to a African American Doctor showing such care. However, the office manager is beyond rude. As if being rude is apart if his job description. Getting ahold of someone is extremely hard. Dr Hollie skills make up for what the other staff are lacking.
