If I could do no stars I would! this company continued to charge my card even though I had canceled the membership due to being pregnant. I was charged three additional times. After calling several times and spending months trying to speak to the manager, she agreed to refund me two of the fraudulent transactions but refused to refund the third. Highly recommend Clean, comfortable, professional, automsphere. The staff members that I encountered were Houda and Brooke-Lyn, both were very professional and friendly. The service's I had were the hydrofacial and dermaplane, my skin felt and looked amazing after. The other service was the BTL/Emssella chair. If you dont know anything about this chair you definitely should look it up. This chair helps with many different issues and I noticed immediate results after my first session.
