My journey started a year ago, and I am so happy I got my work done here. They explained the procedure and all steps that followed, and listened to my concerns. Staff is always friendly when you walk in the door. If you need arches, whether top or bottom, or both, then I highly recommend Dr Osman and his team at Tampa Dental Implants in Lutz, FL.
Do not be fooled - I have been struggling due to health problem I could not have the surgery - I paid upfront 32.5k and have requested my refund for over three months as I need the funds to pay for my health procedure. They have been stalling, ignoring me and for only being in the chair for 45 minutes, they want 5k of the total that I paid them. Their practice says they stand for honesty and transparency - what a complete lie! I now have to get Florida Dental Board involved and a lawyer - really disappointing .
