Used a groupon deal for a cleaning, seemed like a good deal for $50. I have never had a cavity or any major problems (63 years old). The hygienist that I was scheduled for apearantly quit that morning (no surprise) and they had ordered a temp for my cleaning. The temp was super nice but did not know how to operate all the systems. I advised them that I have a bad bad gag reflex and had problems tolerating these bulky x-ray trays in my mouth and almost threw up several times. Mind you I only wanted a cleaning, nothing else. Awesome place and service was great,, had a toothache on Sunday,,, and only had CASH,, Dr. J hooked me up,, after the extraction he fitted me for a partial and I've been LOVIN MY FOOD!!!!

Worst place I have been too in a while. Was treated like someone shopping for a car. They didn’t acknowledge my pain or issue suggested more and more stuff that would not help. Came in the next day for an appointment to clean my teeth and further go on. This would be Dr.John’s and Bonny were awful to me . And I’m still in pain. I would I never recommend this place for anyone who has an emergency of the slightest . Go somewhere else . They are rude and condescending
Worst experience I have ever had. They care WAY more about money than their patients and even tried to have me believe there was no solution. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with uneducated dentist they had put on my case. We go in to get help and you will not find it here unless you endless money to waste with no worthy services provided. Save yourself the heartache and go to a REAL dentist. John if you are reading this I don't think you're convincing your staff or me that you're an expert by screaming it at us!
