WORST DENTIST EVER! Dr. Chirag Patel left a gap in my crown that caused both my crown and tooth to break off, resulting in an implant THAT WAS ALL HIS FAULT. He had not only 1. COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN ADDITIONAL MEDICAL BILLS; 2. Getting an UNNECESSARY ROOT CANAL after the crown; 3. WORST of it all is ENDURING MORE PAIN AND SWELLING to have the remainder of my tooth and root canal extracted; and 4.
