Cody Langan of Aesthetic Elements in Tallahassee was very unprofessional, unethical and corrupt towards us from the get go up until about a month ago, when we reported to him via email and phone calls about a leak in our roof near our skylight, in our green bathroom. Langan returned one phone call and said that he would come over the day after, but he never showed up. Didn't even call to say he had a scheduling conflict. Had billing delay/communication issues that were remedied after an understanding was met. Quality of work (to date) appears to be satisfactory as our roof is holding up nicely after 3 years. Business is completed with this project and ultimately we are satisfied.
