Spent 6+ hours having my nose opened and checked for basal cell carcinoma. Had several frozen sections a physician checked for more basal cell growth Except for the length of time,I am satisfied and felt like I was well treated and left knowing they had done a great job.
Debby was incredibly rude and dismissive, made it very clear she did not want to help or talk. Simple questions irritated her. She could use some training on how to treat others.
We accept Medicare but since he has Medicare and Medicaid, we won't accept him unless it is self pay. Really?! They are two separate insurance programs so please don't advertise you take Medicare when you actually just want cash payments.
