Dr. Luat explains everything carefully and never makes me feel bad for having dental problems. She always reassures me which makes it easy going, no one likes being yelled at by Dr’s. At the age of 25 the dentist still scares me but knowing I’m in good hands always makes me feel confident going in. The whole staff makes me feel welcomed and at ease even when I bring my 3 year old son in they make him feel welcomed.
Haven't been to a dentist over 45 years because of the way I was treated and the lack of care. My friend lead me to this dentist and I've never been treated to kindly, caring before. The whole team bent over backwards to back me feel that they cared and wanted me to not have the experience from the past.
I LOVE THIS DENTIST! And not only her, but the entire staff! Yes, they are professional, but they are also personable, caring, and kind. There’s no fear in going to the dentist anymore because Dr Luat knows how to put you at ease as well as address the problems without any (or at least very little) pain.
