First and foremost*** This dentist is great! My Review reflects his terrible support staff who, you, as a patient will unfortunately have to tolerate if you go to his office. This dentist does a great job if I my review was solely based on him as a dentist I would give him 5 stars. My review is grading his overall practice, which I think is tarnished by some of his clerical support staff's lack of work ethic/enthusiasm to do their work correctly and in a timely fashion. Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? No, it took a while Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait forever.

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes

Dr. Bonasera office is warm, friendly, professional and does quality work. I am not a big fan of getting my teeth worked on but Dr. Bonaera put me at ease and I had no discomfort .I would recommend him and his staff highly.
