Awesome service.
Dover office should have more then 1 dental hygienist on staff. It is BAD business to cancel an appointment that a patient has had for over a month the Friday before at 5pm when you can't call anyone, this isn't the first time this has happened to our family. And if the appointment does need to be canceled it is always nice to hear from a person and not in a text.
Great experience! I had my first implant done and couldn’t be happier. Both dr Lee and dr Meskin made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. The hygienist is also excellent. Highly recommend!
I have not been to a dentist in a while so I had major Dental fears. When I called, they were very friendly and understanding. When I arrived for my appointment the front desk greeted me with big smiles, and I felt instantly comfortable. They could sense that I was nervous and they made me at ease immediately. Highly unprofessional staff and doctor. Ella at the front desk tricks patients to come in promising restorative work but doctors bill for exams and send them away.
