Tried to shame me into getting aligners: My teeth are fairly straight. I had braces in middle school and there’s been some minor shifting since. During two different appointments I had two different staff ask me if I ever had braces and LAUGH when I said I did. They then talked about how my teeth were crooked and how I needed aligners. I had a bad experience. They scheduled my appointment for a Friday, and a few days before, they sent me a message to confirm it. I confirmed it and filled out the online forms, but when I arrived for my appointment, there was only one receptionist who said they were closing that day and that she had left me a message to cancel my appointment, which is false. I have been a patient of aesthetic Dental since 2009, but due to my insurance I was not able to have dental care for the past few years. I had a serious dental situation that needed treatment. I was Pleasantly Surprised at how much has changed with staff and the services they provide. Every staff member I came in contact with Was very courteous and made me feel Very comfortable.
