Dr Alex has the most wonderful bedside manner I’ve ever seen. He’s very kind & compassionate with his patients. I’m truly blessed he performed my breast reduction surgery. He is very good! Really caring man. I got reconstruction after breast cancer.
I had breast reduction surgery in June 2018. I was very pleased with the experience. His staff was so kind and respectful. Dr. Lechman is s gifted surgeon. My breasts are symetric and sized per my preference. His manner of communications were always timely and I felt comfortable in his care through the procedure and aftercare. Thank you kind Doctor.

A wonderful doctor and a great person! Almost 3 years post-op and I am just as happy with my results as I was within the first few months. This was the first surgery for me and everything with the surgery went great and I was well taken care of by Dr. Lechtman and his wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!
