I used to manage a spa where we regularly ordered products from this brand for our backbar and later for private labeling. We never had any issues—their ingredients are clean, and the products are highly effective. Although I no longer work at the spa, I continue to order from them. It’s very questionable if this is a real company. I ordered a one product on November 7, 2024. Their website states orders made before 7 pm are shipped the same day, and orders placed after 7 pm are shipped the next business day. My order was not shipped for an entire week. When you call there is a remote receptionist and she doesn’t know if there is a real company or not because she works from home.
