Worst Botox experience EVER!!! Do not go there! Same problem as other complaints-bad Botox and they won’t try to help correct their poorly injected work. Only time I ha e ever felt I looked OLDER after getting what was supposed to be a brow lift, drooping brow instead. Told me to go to A DIFFERENT provider to get fixed????!!!
If I could give a 0 i would. They have the WORSE customer service. They kept rescheduling me, I left several messages for a refund that they owed me and NEVER got a call back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
They had my money on a "Special buy by 3 pm" When I went to contact for appt it took 2 weeks to get anyone to answer the phone. When I finally got an appt they texted, called and emailed me to confirm which I did on all . I drove 50 miles to the appt , sat in the office for half hour only to be told that the dr. Will not be in until 11am . I asked for a refund and they say it will be issued. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERY SHADY. Dr. Anderson is fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, thoughtful, and did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable and took the time to make sure I was pleased with the results. Her staff is very attentive and detail oriented. Cute and clean office. I definitely would recommend Dr. Anderson.
