Did not show up for initial consultation, only showed up after a phone. Set a date for the auction, but Jim did not write it down on the calendar. Sent a draft of the auction bill with the incorrect house number. Sent another draft of the auction bill with my name incorrect. Asked if some other items could be on the auction, I said yes. The total dollar amount was sent to me with these items included but I was not notified these was included.
