BEWARE!!! After multiple unsuccessful attempts to repair my module, my sales rep stated they would have to refund my money. I ended up having to take my vehicle to a local mechanic, which was able to get the module from a different local source. When I contacted AES, they said that they wanted the bad module back, and they would send me the original module I sent them, plus my refund. This has been a headache, and has cost me shipping on 5 separate occasions, plus no vehicle while I waited weeks for them to repair and re-shi... read more

Worked with Craig Delong on Repair to my ECM and I will say his customer service was great. Timely Response to every question I called about. Did a great job on the repair and if I ever have any other issues I will definitely work with them again.
