Spent over $150 and wasted two weeks sending these guys a control module that they claimed they could fix. I received no communication from AES Modules during that time, then received a shipping notification that the module was on its way back. I contacted them and found out that they were unable to identify the problem with the module, and therefore couldn't fix it. Someone by the name of Mark most hate living . He is so arrogant and rude . Do not do business with them they sound shady web has one address then he says its another . Plain and simple I rather pay a dealer then dealing with a grotesque human that hates his job.
Just got off the phone with a rep. What a total d**ck. I did not even finish describing fully what I wanted and he spouted out $600 for something I see everywhere for less than half that. I said wow, that's a lot and he got all defensive and said something like "I don't know why your cryin' about that price , its that everywhere". For $600 I can get a brand new factory part and probably have it installed. This ahole should be fired....
Very rude and arrogant over the phone, wouldn't even let me finish my question about their service, he just hung up the phone. I'm surprised they're still in business with this kind of attitude.
Most arrogant and worst to work with ever. Do not try to help you. Yes or No answers. Do not recommend. They don't even get 1 star....lost an order took forever to get refund. They acted like I was a bother to them...POS.....
Started my order process on Dec 01 2020 with Adam, after order placed he would no longer return any of my calls. On 12/11 called and spoke with Darrell about situation, was told about another week till ECM would be ready, repeatedly called on 12/22,12/23 no replies to any messages. Wow. What an evil hateful wicked company they've turned into. I have been dealing with them for 13 years and now they are too big for their own good. So let me explain what happened. So I spoke to the representative that I have been doing business with for more then 13 years and I had 4 vehicles we needed some PCM work done on. After explaining each one to him I asked him how much to repair our customers PCM's. Each time I asked him he said no. Finally I asked him why they don't work on these anymore?
