Just got off the phone with a rep. What a total d**ck. I did not even finish describing fully what I wanted and he spouted out $600 for something I see everywhere for less than half that. I said wow, that's a lot and he got all defensive and said something like "I don't know why your cryin' about that price , its that everywhere". For $600 I can get a brand new factory part and probably have it installed. This ahole should be fired....
Very rude and arrogant over the phone, wouldn't even let me finish my question about their service, he just hung up the phone. I'm surprised they're still in business with this kind of attitude.
Most arrogant and worst to work with ever. Do not try to help you. Yes or No answers. Do not recommend. They don't even get 1 star....lost an order took forever to get refund. They acted like I was a bother to them...POS.....
I purchased a modular rebuild from AES, Modular Experts after carful reviews and researching I decided that this company wasn't a good fit..seems they rip alot off ppl off, 4 three days I requested for a confirmation on my refund even though I didn't even send my unit..took them five days and stole 80$ from me..I wouldn't use this company they are a bunch of crooks and they are out for them selves instead of helping ppl..do some research before there reviews are horrible..
Started my order process on Dec 01 2020 with Adam, after order placed he would no longer return any of my calls. On 12/11 called and spoke with Darrell about situation, was told about another week till ECM would be ready, repeatedly called on 12/22,12/23 no replies to any messages. Called about a simple question on a module repair and customer service decided to get defensive and hang up on me. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone. Go elsewhere.
Wow. What an evil hateful wicked company they've turned into. I have been dealing with them for 13 years and now they are too big for their own good. So let me explain what happened. So I spoke to the representative that I have been doing business with for more then 13 years and I had 4 vehicles we needed some PCM work done on.
