I spoke with Steve at 4:52 p.m. I tell him I am just a few minutes away after he confirms if they have the part I need in stock. Steve tells me to come up to the store and they still should be able to help me Right At closing time as Gary and other still should be at the front counter. I arrived at the store at 5:01 p.m. The doors are locked and three gentleman at the front counter purposely ignore me for 10minutes as a knock and wave my hands at the door.
