Ian and Carlton were fantastic when they came out today to clean our two very dirty pellet stoves. I appreciate their attention to detail and cleanliness. Always a pleasure to have them in our home.
Our technician Ian Heward was here this morning within the time window he said he was to be here & he is very knowledgeable . He knows what he's doing & he did OUTSTANDING work this morning! There wasn't a question that my husband asked him that he couldn't answer. We are very pleased with his work.
Ian and Terry did a great job with our annual pellet stove service: punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable.
AES does a great job. Staff are professional and explain anything I need to know clearly. I have recommended them to many people!
