Horrible customer service. I waited 3 weeks for someone to come to my house for an estimate to replace an existing gas fireplace. I was given a 2 hour window in the middle of the day. After the appointment time came and went, I got a call from the tech telling me he was 1.5 hours away and someone would call the next morning to reschedule. I did not receive a call. Ian Heward did a great job cleaning and fixing our complicated fireplace.
Cleaning crew was prompt, knowledgeably and efficient. Very personable, polite and friendly. I would recommend their service to anyone.
It was time for our annual cleaning and service of our AES installed gas fireplace. Ian Heward came to visit us and set up with a nice drop cloth, and got right to it. He asked if we had any concerns or questions and answered all we had. Once the cleaning and inspection was in full swing he noticed a problem with the burner and jumped to action to get us a warranty replacement part ordered. He finished up and left a clean area and made sure we understood the next steps.
Ian and Tyler were friendly, efficient and professional while they sealed our chimney. They answered all of our questions fully, without being condescending and were very careful and considerate with our gutters and flowerbeds.
