Purchased $9k woodstove that AES installed incorrectly. When asked to meet with Rick Soccio, the owner, to discuss the dangerous levels of CO and smoke being emitted into my home. He refused to meet with me. During install, the chimney pipe was cut TOO SHORT, therefore the stove pipe is not properly connected. Per code, there should be a 1.5 inch overlap. Insisted that all of my problems are due to the quality of my wood which resulted in a clogged chimney which is allowing smoke and CO2 to enter into my home. No show appointment due to snow on the road. Krista (scheduling manager) told me to "climb the roof and clean out my own chimney" and Rick (the owner) told me that it is not his fault that I did not think to have an alternate heat source.
