I truly appreciate AES staff's customer service. Ian the Service Technician called to notify that he was on his way to my annual maintenance call, which is greatly appreciated. Ian was professional and pleasant and affirmed the cleaning routine that I follow for my pellet stove. He was available for any questions that I had, he upgraded my stove's software, and he was very thorough with the maintenance/cleaning process and the post-maintenance clean up. Thank you Ian!!!

Had my pellet insert cleaned along with the chimney. Matt and Tyler provided the service. I was very pleased with the work that was done. I was surprised how much work was involved. They were very thorough each step of the way. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. They were very kind and personable. Planning on having AES do this service in the coming years.
Horrible - horrible experience. I had used AES prior to 2020 to inspect and service a gas fireplace on a used Townhouse I purchased in Mechanicsburg. I was very pleased with their service, and later had them return to install a Brass Hood to deflect some of the heat into my living space in front of the unit That lead me to call them again 5 years later.
