I purchased an AES E-Loop 50 from GateCraters (see my review on them). The product was defective on arrival, which I could not return because now it was used. How would I know this otherwise? (rhetorical) Anyhow, AES gave me some Mickey Mouse suggestions to rectify my issues. None of which were practical or applicable because I did not have any obtrusions. Do not purchase their products if you are a DIY'er, you will not get tech support!!! I installed my own gate operator with multiple accessories but needed help with my call box wiring. I called the online company where I purchased my equipment and they gave me the tech support number. I was told under no circumstance would they give tech support to anyone that was not a professional installer. End of discussion!
