I cannot recommend using these services. Initial work was incomplete but I was okay with that since some of the information for the job was not known at that time. However, after this information was known, the updated document had a glaring mistake. A member was obviously undersized, even to a novice like me. To make matters worse, a meeting was scheduled for a Q&A session but no one showed at the agreed to time and place. A phone call only came hours after my time was wasted waiting.
