I met Tony Pirozzi today bringing in my 20 year vacuum for service. I walked into the store a little irate due to the air filter that keeps falling off. He calmed me down stating that it is a manufacturing default that continual happens on these older models. He went out of his way to replace it with no charge. I can’t tell you what a pleasure he was to deal with. He totally gets the customer care aspect of the business.
