Beware! This is marketed as a luxury building. In less than six months, I have experienced a leak in my living room ceiling which took several visits and weeks to resolve, and my car has been broken into on one of the upper floors of the garage right outside my unit. Security appears to be lacking and break-ins may be more frequent than I had initially suspected. Beyond disappointed.
