I had a problem with the 3 blinking lights - Good , Moderate and Poor Flashing while making a high pitched sound. I called Lucas ( website phone number) he suggested that I "reset" the machine. Pushing SPEED and TIMER at the same time and hold for 3-5 seconds. It worked instantly and my machine is up and running with no annoying sounds or distracting lights. Thank you Lucas.
Falsely advertised as high quality. Cheap poorly made scam for the outrageous price. 20% restocking fee upon return. Also charged me for products when they were still on backorder. DO NOT BUY!
